MR. GREGORIO I.S. DELFIN
(CHIEF POLITICAL AFFAIRS OFFICER / CHIEF OF STAFF)
1. Monitors the over-all performance of the office
2. Apprises the Congressman of significant development which 
    requires immediate attention;
3. Coordinates efforts towards the effectiveness of the 
    Congressman;and
4. Reduces the pressure of administrative duties of the 
    Congressman.

DOROTHY M. GERONIMO
(POLITICAL AFFAIRS OFFICER V / FINANCE OFFICER)
1. Takes charge on all concerns pertaining to financial matters;
2. Prepares budget for the office;
3. Coordinates with the Commission on Appointments, where the 
    Congressman also holds office; and
4. Keeps all official records of all staff 


ROMA LIZZA S. ROMERO
(POLITICAL AFFAIRS OFFICER III / LEGISLATIVE OFFICER)
1. Studies and analyzes all matters pertaining to the legislative 
    operations which require the attention of the Congressman;
2. Reviews all legislative documents, papers and communications 
    which require the signature of the Congressman;
3. Maintains an effective system of monitoring the status of 
    legislations, proposals, bills, resolutions filed by the 
    Congressman;
4. Coordinates with the Secretariat and the different Committees for an
    up-to-date information regarding legislative proposals, resolutions and
    bills due for consideration;
5. Apprises the Congressman on the status of legislative proposals,
    resolutions and bills;
6. Assists in coordinating the administrative functions of the Office
    of the Congressman
 
ALFIE M. GORDO
(POLITICAL AFFAIRS OFFICER III / EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT)
1. Reviews social communications prepared for the signature 
    of the Congressman;
2. Reviews callers in the Office of the Congressman;
3. Schedules/ cancels/ confirms appointments with the 
    Congressman;
4. Compose drafts of replies to social communications for signature 
    of the Congressman;
5. Handles private communications;
6. Takes charge of preparations of the Congressman's official/ social
    functions;
7. Maintains efficient filing system for legislative documents, 
    letters, reports and office memoranda;
8. Is in-charge of the filing system;
9. Compose draft recommendation letters and public affair concerns;
10. Assists in receiving and attending to the needs of the constituents
     and other guests who wish to see Congressman

 

EDGARDO C. REYES
(POLITICAL AFFAIRS ASSISTANT III / PROJECT OFFICER) 
1. Studies all matters pertaining to projects;
2. Maintains an effective system of monitoring the status of 
    projects initiated by the Congressman;
3. Coordinates with government agencies and the private sector
    for the implementation of projects;
4. Monitors and apprises the Congressman on the status of projects;
5. Reviews all pertinent documents, papers and communications which
    require the signature of the Congressman


HERMOGENES O. KUIZON
(ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT)
1. Receives, routes, files and / or transmits confidential and 
    other correspondence, circulars, reports and documents;
2. Do liaison work with government agencies for the 
    Congressman's Development Projects; and
3. Performs other related functions as required.
